Rakshit Shetty recently shared some insights about his following projects in a lengthy note on his social media accounts. As a child, he would visit temples with his mother and become fascinated by the stories behind them. The Ananteshwara temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva in the form of a linga Swaroopa, particularly intrigued him.
The realization that the temple was dedicated to Lord Parashurama surprised him and sparked numerous questions in his mind. This curiosity and the desire to connect the dots led Rakshit Shetty to become a storyteller. He believes that the ancient puranas and itihasas (epics) are not just stories but also philosophical representations of scientific studies from ancient times. He sees them as a source of knowledge that can aid human evolution.
Rakshit Shetty wants to explore these philosophical concepts and incorporate them into modern-day stories. He believes that the scientific principles and philosophies found in ancient texts can be adopted and beautifully portrayed in contemporary narratives. It appears that his upcoming project, titled "Sapta Sagaradaache Ello," will be an interactive video series that follows these lines of storytelling.
Overall, Rakshit Shetty's intention is to delve into the rich heritage of Indian mythology and bring forth its wisdom through his storytelling.
