Kichcha Sudeepa is all set to start shooting for his role in'Kabzaa'

'Kabzaa' is a period gangster-action film that focuses on the rise of the underworld post-independence. Starring Upendra in the lead role, the R. Chandru vehicle took off earlier this year but the production has been plagued by consistent delays due to the pandemic and other reasons. However, now the team has managed to wrap up many crucial sequences, including those set in a jail set-piece, and are now geared up for the important schedule with Sudeep. Art Director Shiva Kumar, who has lent his services for 'Vikrant Rona' as well, has reportedly created a grand set for the Bhargav Bakshi portions.

A motion poster to introduce Sudeep's character in the film was released back in January to great reception. Sudeep and Upendra are set to reunite for the second time on screen after 'Mukunda Murari'. 'Kabzaa', produced R. Chandrashekar and presented by MTB Nagaraj, also stars Jagapathi Babu, Kota Srinivas Rao, Rahul Dev, Kabir Duhan Singh, Nawab Shah, Pradeep Rawat, and others. The female lead, however, hasn't been revealed.
