KFCC Offers A Helping Hand To Save Kerala And Coorg

The floods in Kerala have affected the livelihoods of many and the worst part is that the film industry is also hit because of this devasting incident. Despite the help arriving from various parts of the world but it is difficult to get back on the feet.

With the floods destroying every Keralite's life in Kerala, the government is leaving no stone unturned in bringing the state back to normal and the actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Chiranjeevi, Rajinikanth and many others have given a bit of their contribution in order to rehabilitate the locals from the destructed areas of the state.

Things turned from bad to worse when the floods started spreading in Coorg which happens to be the primary destination for most of the Bangaloreans on weekends started facing the wrath of the floods with water spreading over there as well.

The Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce has decided to offer a helping hand when the situation got out of control and they have made the necessary contributions to the Cheif Minister's funds with the help of relief work.

The total contribution consists of ₹20 lakhs which will be used in rehabilitating the flood-hit areas in Kodagu and ₹5 lakhs will be going to the rescue operations in Kerala. As of now, the danger is slowly reducing right now and we might as well hope that life comes back to normal in God's Own Country.

Now, that's what is called India is One, the states were fighting with each other before and now all of them are united to fight a common cause.
