Sapthami Gowda, the heroine of the film Kantara, has filed a defamation case worth 10 crores against Sridevi, the ex-wife of young hero Yuva Rajkumar.
Yuva Rajkumar, the nephew of renowned Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar, debuted with the film "Yuva," which featured Sapthami Gowda as the female lead.
Following Yuva Rajkumar's high-profile divorce from Sridevi, Sridevi has repeatedly cited Sapthami Gowda as the cause of their marital breakdown, alleging an affair between Sapthami and her ex-husband. In response to these accusations, Sapthami has taken legal action, demanding a public apology from Sridevi.
