Kannada film 'Wedding Gift' ready for release on July 8

Kannada film Wedding Gift, being released on July 8, marks the debut of multilingual actor Nishan Nanaiah. The film directed by Vikram Prabhu also has Prema and Sonu Gowda in lead roles.
Nishan, who is basically from Madikeri, says, “First of all, I loved the script. Though Vikram Prabhu is a newcomer, he knows the art of filmmaking and I was blown away by his narration style. There is not even the slightest compromise in terms of content and quality which will be seen on the silver screen. I am glad to debut in Sandalwood with Wedding Gift that has a subject, not explored by many directors.”
Regarding working in Sandalwood, he adds, “I shot for 45 days which were memorable. It did not feel like I was shooting for a movie. It was very comfortable working with Prema, Achyuth Kumar and Sonu Gowda who made me feel like family. I wish to work on more projects here.”
