Popular Kannada actor Sruthi Hariharan has posted a photo of her baby bump on Instagram, sharing the news of her pregnancy. Congratulations came pouring in for the actor soon after the post was shared online.

Sruthi had for long kept her personal life away from the spotlight, refusing to go into details about her marriage with actor-dancer Raam Kumar.

Sruthi was last seen in Nathicharami, a film that follows a young Bengalurean widow Gowri's complicated and wrenching quest to fulfill her sex drive after the death of her beloved husband, Mahesh. The film was shortlisted for the Oxfam Prize for Gender Equality at the MAMI film festival in 2018.

She was in the news when the actor had accused Arjun Sarja of sexual harassment on the sets of the Tamil film Nibunan, which released in Kannada as Vismaya.
