Hostel Hudugaru Bekagiddare will now be presented by Rakshit Shetty’s Paramvah Studios

According to the director, Rakshit watched the film last week and instantly agreed to present it. “Rakshit watched the film last week and he liked it a lot. He felt it was a unique genre and wanted to present it. Both Rakshit and Paramvah are known for encouraging new talents while also delivering blockbuster films. Their association with our first attempt is a huge thing for us. It also makes a big difference for us,” says Nithin.

The film is shot in cinema verite style, a first attempt in Kannada cinema, and has one of the highest numbers of actors. The film, which is made in a one-of-its-kind ‘found footage’ genre, has been shot extensively in Bengaluru and Mangaluru. As many as 300 artists have dubbed for 70 days for the film. The team is also calling it the ‘worst film made in the history of Indian cinema’. The film has 2 parts and almost all the 300 actors are newcomers.

Rakshit Shetty, Rishab Shetty, Dhruva Sarja, and Dhananjaya  digitally released the film’s song0n 5 January 2023.
