Golden Star Ganesh to Star in Mythological Drama Pinaka

Riding high on the success of Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi, which grossed over ₹30 crores and ran for 106 days in theaters, Golden Star Ganesh is set to lead the ambitious project Pinaka. Produced by People Media Factory and directed by B. Dhananjaya, the film draws inspiration from Lord Shiva’s celestial bow, Pinaka.
The title, deeply rooted in Hindu mythology, symbolizes Lord Shiva’s power and creativity. The bow, crafted by Lord Vishwakarma, played a pivotal role in legendary events, including the destruction of Tripura and Lord Rama breaking it to win Sita’s hand.
Scheduled to begin filming in February, Pinaka promises to present Ganesh in a never-seen-before avatar, blending tradition with modern storytelling. With nearly two years of development, the film aims to offer audiences a unique cinematic experience steeped in culture and mythology.
People Media Factory, celebrating its 49th production, continues its streak of high-profile projects, recently collaborating with Srii Murali for Bagheera. Fans eagerly anticipate Ganesh’s transformation and the film’s fresh perspective on mythology.
