Darshan's Accident: A Technical Snag or Drunk Driving?

Darshan along with his colleagues Devraj and Prajwal Devraj left from Bangalore to Mysuru in the wee hours of the morning and they were headed for the film shoot for Wadeyar over there. The accident happened when the car hit the divider and crashed near the Hinkal Road near the Mysuru Ring Road. Columbia Asia Hospital immediately arrived at the scene and admitted the victims to the hospital. The spokesperson of the hospital stated that they will be undergoing further treatment for a couple of weeks and we do not know how long will they have to stay in the hospital. Darshan has suffered a fracture because of the accident and the other have suffered neck and chest injuries.

The latest source states that the actors are seriously injured and they are receiving the treatments from the doctors and Darshan's family members have just arrived at the hospital right after they heard the news of the accident. The biggest mystery which is that was this accident really an accident or was Darshan drunk as the latest source states that they were returning home from a party and the actor is not asking for insurance or filing any complaints after the accident?
