At a time when drug abuse has become a critical issue in society, actor-director Vijay Kumar's film "Bheema" aims to raise awareness and inspire change. According to the film's producer, Krishna Sarthak, the movie blends social commentary with commercial appeal, striving to inspire lawmakers and citizens to work towards a drug-free society.
Produced under the banners of Jagadeesh Films and Krishna Creations, "Bheema" hits the screens today, August 9, in Karnataka. The film's central character, Bheema, played by Vijay Kumar, is likened to the mythological figure of the same name, with the climax underscoring this connection.
Krishna Sarthak also highlighted the fresh talent in the film, with debutante Ashwini playing the female lead, alongside 180 newcomers offering a fresh perspective. The film's songs have been well-received, providing a strong introduction to the movie, and Sarthak is confident that audiences will enjoy "Bheema."
