Bhajrangi 2 Teaser; Dr Shiva Rajkumar starrer is spectacular in visuals promises to be a magnum opus.

The teaser of Kannada superstar Dr Shiva Rajkumar's film Bhajarangi 2 was released online on the 58th birthday of the actor.  The film is a remake of Bhajarangi which was the 2013 film starring Shiva Rajkumar, Aindrita Ray, Rukmini Vijayakumar, Krishna and Sadhu Kokila in the lead roles. Bhajarangi became blockbuster at the box office and became the second-highest-grossing Kannada film of 2013.

The trailer starts with mythological visuals with the narrator's voice-over saying, "God created innumerable living beings including human beings on this earth. God exclusively gave all comforts and facilities to humans As the comforts increased, it resulted in diseases. Because of abundant love and kindness on humans, God provided all remedies and medicines in nature itself." The last few shots of the teaser establish the racy entry of Shiva Rajkumar along with the title song 'Bhajarae..Bhajarae.Bhajarae..Bahajarangi'. 

The visuals are spectacular with a rustic colour tone which reminds you of 2018 blockbuster KGF starring Yash. 

2013 film Bhajrangi Shiva Rajkumar's character as Jeevan attracted the mainstream Kannada audience and the film was celebrated widely across the state. Bhajaangi is about a cruel godman and how the hero of the film Jeevan, after learning about his ancestors in the village, rescues them from his misery. 

The sequel to the film, Bhajarangi 2 will feature Bhavana, Shruthi and Bhajarangi Lok alongside Dr Shiva Rajkumar. Directed by A Harsha, the film has been produced by Jayanna and Bogendra under Jayanna Films with music by Arjun Janya. 

The film is expected to release across theatres in Karnataka once the lockdown restrictions are lifted for theatres.
