Storyline:

The story begins with a fire engine on its way to an emergency, but it crashes in Ronapur village, where villagers desperately fill their containers with water, highlighting their struggle for basic resources. Bhairathi Ranagal is introduced as a prisoner, with protests erupting outside his jail. As he reads the Ramayana in his cell, the scene hints at the intense journey ahead. Flashing back to 1985, a young Bhairathi persistently sought help from government officials to provide drinking water to his community, but his pleas went unanswered.
