Is ‘RRR’ pre-release business an all-time all India record?

If the Tollywood film circles reports are to be believed,‘RRR’ that is gearing up for a grand release on 25th March has bagged a whopping Rs 500 crores in its pre-release business, and it is reportedly said to be a record across the nation. No Indian movie has ever sold its rights for the above price so far.
The film reportedly had a sensational amount in the form of advances across the globe on all its theatrical versions. The Telugu version itself is likely to break all the existing records in no time.
Whereas the margins of other language versions are reportedly low now, which will only improve once the word of mouth from premiere shows of the film spreads.
