President Kovind decides to give the awards to only 11 winners.

The 65th National Film Awards has landed itself in a thick soup when the president issues a statement of awarding only 11 winners out of 60 and the rest will be awarded by I&B minister Smriti Irani. Because of this, the remaining 39 winners have threatened to return their awards which has caused a displeasure to them.
