Actress Shriya Saran, known for her role in "Drishyam," was at the Mumbai airport on Thursday evening, where she was welcomed by a crowd of photographers and fans. While Shriya graciously paused to pose for the cameras and take pictures with her fans, an unexpected encounter left her feeling uneasy.

In a video shared by a paparazzo on Instagram, Shriya was engaged in conversation with someone when she inadvertently stepped back and bumped into a man who was trying to take a photo with her without her consent. Realizing the close proximity, Shriya appeared uncomfortable but still agreed to pose for a picture with the man.

Shriya's acting career began in 2001 with the Telugu film "Ishtam," but she gained widespread recognition with the success of the 2002 film "Santosham." Subsequently, she appeared in several hit movies, including "Chatrapathi," "Sivaji: The Boss," "Mission Istaanbul," "RRR," and the "Drishyam" franchise, among others. Her most recent appearance was in the musical film "Music School," written and directed by Papa Rao Biyyala, alongside actors like Prakash Raj, Sharman Joshi, Ozu Barua, and Gracy Goswami.

Currently, Shriya is working on her upcoming film titled "Nadada," written and directed by Rahul Singh Rana Krishna. The film is in the pre-production stage and is expected to release on April 4, 2024.

In addition to her acting career, Shriya is a trained Kathak dancer. She initially pursued a professional dance career before transitioning into acting. Recently, she shared a video of her performing Kathak dance at home, prompting her fans to request roles in dance-related projects for her.
