In her video, Urmila asked Kangana to meet her in order to check the legitimate proofs of property. She also asked Kangana to reveal the Bollywood drug list she had said she has that she was supposed to give to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

After Kangana Ranaut accused Urmila Matondkar of purchasing her office illegitimately on Sunday (January 3), the latter released a video on Twitter hitting back at the Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi actress. Kangana had accused Urmila of buying Rs 3 crore property through illicit means after entering politics. In her video, Urmila asked Kangana to meet her in order to check the legitimate proofs of property. She also asked Kangana to reveal the Bollywood drug list she had said she has that she was supposed to give to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

In her video, Urmila Matondkar addressed Kangana Ranaut and her allegations against the Rangeela actress. She can be seen saying in Hindi, "Namashkar Kangana Ji. The high regards that you have for me, I have heard them. In fact, the whole country has heard them. Today, in front of the entire country, I want to tell you, that you should choose the place and time, I will bring all my documents there. The documents will carry all the papers of my property. In 2011, after working hard in the industry for a short span of 25-30 years, I purchased a flat in Andheri."

"I will bring the documents of that flat. I sold that house in the first week of March and I will bring those papers too. And there will also be documents of the flat that I have now purchased from the money that I got. I bought this flat much before I entered politics. I wanted to show you that," she said.

Urmila added, "In return what I want is this. Using the money paid by lakhs and crores of tax payers like me, you were given the Y-plus security by the government because you said you had names of many people whom you wanted to report to the NCB. The whole country is waiting for it today."

"Because you know the troubled times that the country is facing. All of us have to fight against the drugs menace together. You please just bring that small list of names. I will be looking forward to your reply. Until then, Jai Hind, Jai Maharashtra and Ganpati Bappa Morya," she signed off.

On Sunday morning, sharing a news article about Urmila Matondkar's new property purchase, Kangana had tweeted, "Dear @UrmilaMatondkar ji maine jo khud ki mehnat se ghar banaye woh bhi Congress tod rahi hai, sach mein BJP ko khush karke mere haath sirf 25-30 cases he lage hain, kash main bhi aapki tarah samajhdar hoti toh Congress ko khush karti, kitni bevakoof hoon main, nahin? (The homes that I made with my hard work are being destroyed by Congress. All I got from making BJP happy were just 25-30 court cases. I wish I were as smart as you and made Congress happy instead. I am so stupid, right?)"

Urmila Matondkar joined the Indian National Congress on March 27, 2019 and contested from Mumbai North constituency in the 2019 Lok Sabha Election. But she lost the election. On September 10, 2019, she resigned from the party, citing petty internal politics. On December 1, 2020, she joined Shiv Sena.

Taking about the feud between Urmila Matondkar and Kangana Ranaut, this is not the first time they came at loggerheads. The actresses have been indulging in a public fight since September 2020. Earlier as well, Urmila had asked Kangana to reveal names of Bollywood's big drug mafia.
