Sushant Singh Rajput's last film Dil Bechara will get an OTT release.

Sushant Singh Rajput's last film and Mukesh Chhabra's directorial debut Dil Bechara will release on Disney+Hotstar on July 24.

After Disney+Hotstar announced the release date of Dil Bechara, director of the film Mukesh Chhabra shared a note remembering Sushant Singh Rajput. He wrote, “Sushant was not just the hero of my debut film as a director but he was a dear friend who stood by me through thick and thin. We had been close right from Kai Po Che to Dil Bechara. He had promised me that he would be in my first film. So many plans were made together, so many dreams were dreamt together but never once did I ever imagine that I would be releasing this film without him (sic)” and shared the new poster of the film.

Sushant Singh Rajput's Dil Bechara was supposed to release on May 8, this year. However, due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, its release was postponed. 

Dil Bechara is the official remake of the 2014 Hollywood romantic drama The Fault In Our Stars, based on John Green’s popular novel of the same name. The film has music by AR Rahman and its lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
