SRK’s ‘Pathaan’ To Hit The Screens Tomorrow

Shah Rukh Khan fans are super elated for the mega release as it happens to be the actor’s return to the silver screens as a lead role after a 5 year hiatus. The Yash Raj production movie is expected to open 35-40 crores at the box office on the first day. Speaking of the massive fan base the actor has amassed, Siddharth says “Directing SRK is a responsibility and it’s even greater now because of the break that he had taken and that has created immense expectations and excitement with his audience”. However, it remains crucial to see the dynamics between the actor and the director as this is their first time working together. Speaking of partnerships, the fans seem to be excited to see Deepika and SRK as a pair again since Happy New Year (2014).

The news of Deepika doing high octane stunts and moves bring about thrill and excitement for fans and critics. The last time we saw the actress amaze the fans with her stunts was in ‘Chandani Chowk to China.’ Coming to stunts, the movie’s action scenes are choreographed by Casey O’Neill. O’Neill also choreographed the stunts for Tom Cruise’s Top Gun: Maverick, 2022’s second highest grossing movie. Some action feats in the movie are also said to be inspired from famous WWE wrestling moves.

Despite all the hype surrounding the cast and the movie, the marketing team of the movie has shockingly decided to not take part in promoting the movie via TV/media appearances. Fans are eager to see Salman Khan’s cameo in the movie as EkTha Tiger’s ‘Tiger’ fighting alongside SRK in the movie making his comeback worthwhile. The director of SRK’s other upcoming movie ‘Jawan’, Atlee has also praised the movie. The Tamil blockbuster director retweeted the movie’s trailer and said “Wowww!!!! Despite all the controversies that the movie has encountered, including political conversations which seem baseless, the movie is expected to break the blockbuster barometers. It’s quite an exciting time for the Indian cinema space as the veteran and the true legend is making his much awaited comeback in a grander fashion and how. The content of the movie is also an interesting area to look at as the trailer seems promising enough for the audience to take home something memorable.
