The filming of "Hukus Bukus" in the beautiful landscapes of Kashmir has brought about a heartwarming event. Darsheel Safary, known for his role in "Taare Zameen Par," was captured shooting a poignant scene at the floating post office on Dal Lake. In this scene, his character is shown posting letters addressed to cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.

During the filming, Col Vinod Kumar, Chief Postmaster General (Circle) of Jammu and Kashmir, who is also a passionate sports enthusiast, visited the set. Impressed by the scene and recognizing the significant connections that India Post has with iconic figures, Col Kumar and his team devised a special tribute for Darsheel Safary. They presented the actor with a personalized My Stamp featuring his photograph. This unique stamp not only showcases his image but can also be used as postage charges for mailing letters across the country.

This unexpected and thoughtful gesture surprised and touched the "Hukus Bukus" team. Col Kumar informed Darsheel Safary about the special relationship India Post shares with cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, mentioning the release of a commemorative postal stamp in his honor in 2013.

Col Vinod Kumar also gifted a scented stamp infused with the fragrance of roses to Darsheel as a symbol of affection and well-wishes. He expressed hopes that Darsheel's hard work and dedication would not only be recognized in Bollywood but also in the international film industry. In return, Darsheel wrote heartfelt messages on special envelopes for the India Post team.

Darsheel Safary expressed his gratitude for the acknowledgement and support from the India Post team, emphasizing the strong bond between cinema and real-life experiences.

"Hukus Bukus" is drawing attention in Kashmir for its portrayal of cricket enthusiasts in the region. The local community has wholeheartedly embraced the production, providing exceptional locations and services to the film's crew. Presented by Raju Chadha and produced by Shining Sun Studios, Asees Chadha, Vinay Bhardwaj, and Saumitra Singh, "Hukus Bukus" aims to capture the essence of the region and its passion for cricket, promising to be a cinematic delight.
