Shahid Kapoor 'back' on the set of adrenaline-pumping action thriller, 'Deva'

In 'Deva', he stars alongside Pooja Hegde, with Pavail Gulati also playing a pivotal role. The new shooting schedule is unfolding in Mumbai, promising high-octane action sequences that will elevate the intensity of the film.

Shahid Kapoor took to Instagram to share a monochrome picture, showing his back to the camera while wearing a sleeveless T-shirt and jeans. Smoke can be seen emanating from his mouth as he stands on a balcony, flaunting his bulked-up physique. The post's caption reads: "'Back' on set DEVA!!" Fans responded enthusiastically, with one commenting, "Deva is coming for ruling," and another wishing him luck with "all the best keep working hard."

Directed by Rosshan Andrrews and produced by Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films, 'Deva' is slated to hit theaters on October 11, 2024. Shahid Kapoor's last appearance in 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' alongside Kriti Sanon saw a slow start at the box office but eventually grossed approximately Rs 80 crore in India. Apart from 'Deva,' fans are eagerly awaiting the second season of his popular web series 'Farzi'.
