Sanju making us proud with respect to everything

Rajkumar Hirani directorial Sanju starring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead has been ruling the box-office ever since its release. The biographical picture made on the life of actor Sanjay Dutt has now become the highest weekend opener (Hindi films) of all time by grossing Rs 120 crore. 

Crossing even all our expectations of what the movie will be and what effect it will have on us, Exeeding all expectations Sanju entered the 100 crore club in just three days of its release. The film has smashed records set by all previous Hindi film blockbuster.

As if that was not all we wanted Sanju left such a mark on our hearts that left us wanting only more, down from the extras, actors, directors and the movie in itself. And if that wasn’t enough, the Dutt biopic has even left Baahubali 2 behind by grossing Rs 46.71 crore on Sunday itself. Baahubali 2 earlier held record of highest first day number. 

Sharing the latest box office figures of Sanju, a popular trade analyst wrote, “#Sanju sets the BO on … Gets #JaaduKiJhappi from the audience… Collects 46.71 cr on Sun, MIND-BOGGLING… Has an EXCEPTIONAL cr+ opng weekend… Emerges HIGHEST OPENING WEEKEND of 2018… Fri 34.75 cr, Sat 38.60 cr, Sun 46.71 cr. Total: 120.06 cr. India biz.”

The film hit theatres on June 29 and also stars Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Vicky Kaushal, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Jim Sarbh and Karishma Tanna. Sanju has not just performed incredibly well critically but commercially as well. Ranbir Kapoor portraying Sanju in the film is only getting love and a large fan following base because of his exceptional performance that he carried out and we love him for it, Not that we didn't before this.

Sanju is expected to continue its great run at the box-office this week and will soon cross the Rs. 200 crore mark too. We can only express our love and support to the great bunch that allowed this movie to be a success.
