Ranbir Alia’s intimate wedding ceremony

Dressed in matching Ivory outfits, right from makeup, hair and jewellery, the bride and groom kept it understated and subtle, refreshingly setting realistic standards for weddings. The newlyweds released dreamy pictures of their homely wedding on social media and everyone couldn’t get enough of this fairy tale romance.

Ranbir’s uncle Randhir Kapoor a day after the much talked about wedding said, “I haven’t had the time to look at the pictures yet but I am so happy for Ranbir and Alia. I wish my nephew a very happy married life.”

Speaking about the ceremony that was conducted at Ranbir’s home, he said, “It was an intimate wedding ceremony. We were around 50 of us. The guests comprised family and close friends only. It was beautiful.” When asked if the ceremony was planned within days or was it always supposed to be this private, he said, “It was sweet and simple is all I can say. We loved to be there and convey our blessings to the couple.”
