Pakistan bans Anushka Sharma’s Pari for promoting ‘non-islamic, anti-Muslim sentiments’.
Pakistani censor board said the film promotes black magic which is un-Islamic. Anushka Sharma starrer Pari is a supernatural horror film directed by Prosit Roy. The film is co-produced by Clean Slate Films and KriArj Entertainment. Pari is Anushka Sharma's third production with her production house, Clean Slate Films and is primarily a love story. The film which released on March 2nd, has got mixed reviews from the critics.
