Padmaavat is a work of fiction which is based on Malik Muhammed Jayasi’s epic poem of the same name. The film stars Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles.
After all the controversy and tension surrounding Padmaavat’s release, the film finally gets a good response from the audience after its release on Jan 25th. Padmaavat is a historic drama which is very well directed by Sanjay Leela Bansali. Ranveer Singh, who portrays the character of Sultan Alauddin Khilji has won everyone’s heart while he delivers a menacing performance. Deepika Padukone as Rani Padmavathi looks beautiful and has done full justice for her role. Shahid Kapoor as Raja Rawal Ratan Singh has also delivered a good performance. Overall the movie is entertaining and is a feast for our eyes this holiday weekend. Don’t miss it. Average Critic’s Rating: 4.0 Times Of India - 4.0 “PADMAAVAT WINS ITS TRIAL BY FIRE. ”Read More..
