Mumbai Saga: John Abraham starrer teaser will release tomorrow, makers shared a new poster

John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi gave their fans a reason to cheer on Tuesday afternoon when they announced that the teaser of their film Mumbai Saga will be out tomorrow.

The makers have released a new poster confirming the releasing date. the film is slated to release on March 19th in cinemas.

This update comes shortly after filmmaker Sanjay Gupta assured fans that Mumbai Saga will release in theatres, citing that it was made for the big screen experience.

Mumbai Saga was initially supposed to release out in June 2020, but after the cinema halls were shut during the pandemic-induced nationwide lockdown, there were reports that the makers of the film were considering a digital release.

Gupta in a Twitter post said, "#MUMBAISAGA We are in the thick of final edits, VFX, BGM, SFX, DI Grading & final sound mixing. Every day with every moment my team & I feel only one common emotion... MUMBAI SAGA BELONGS TO THE THEATRES. It's been solely & single-heartedly made for the big screen experience!"

Set in the 1980s-90s, the film revolves around all that went into transforming Bombay into Mumbai.

The movie stars John Abraham, Emraan Hashmi, Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Amol Gupte, Prateik Babbar, Gulshan Grover and Rohit Roy.
