'Kabir Singh' Teaser: Shahid Kapoor is self-destructive obsessed lover.

With the same background score of the original, Kabir Singh is been introduced as Dr. Kabir Rajvir Singh the best student ever graduated from Delhi Institute of Medical Science with impeccable academic record and ironically shows protagonist being a foul-mouth chronic alcoholic.

Shahid Kapoor spots the same beard-look as Vijay Devarakonda in Arjun Reddy.

Kabir Singh is the remake of the Telugu film Arjun Reddy which was a huge blockbuster and considered as the trend-setter of Telugu cinema.

Arjun Reddy was the modern take on Sharat Chandra Chattopadhyay’s Devdas. An impeccable surgeon who is going through a heartbreak and becomes self-destructive chronic alcoholic due to it.
