Happy Birthday Sushant Singh Rajput: Shweta Singh Kirti shares old pic on SSR's 35th birth anniversary

On Sushant Singh Rajput's 35th birth anniversary today (January 21). His sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, took to social media to share old photos of the late actor to remember him on his special day. Sushant died on June 14, 2020. Calling it Sushant Day, Shweta also revealed that their family has taken a step forward towards fulfilling one of the dreams of the Dil Bechara actor.

Shweta Singh Rajput shared a collage of old pictures of Sushant Singh Rajput with his family members. One of the pictures is from their childhood where little Sushant is seen sitting on a chair while one of her sisters feeds him sweets. In other photos, the late actor is seen with his nieces and sisters.

Sushant Singh Rajput had a dream to set up a fund for students who want to study Astrophysics. Fulfilling his dreams, his family has finally set up Sushant Singh Rajput Memorial Fund of $35,000 at University of California, Berkeley. Announcing the news, Shweta Singh Kirti wrote, "I am happy to announce that on 35th Birthday of Bhai, a step has been taken towards fulfilling one of his dreams. The Sushant Singh Rajput Memorial Fund of $35,000 has been set up in UC Berkeley. Anyone who is interested in pursuing Astrophysics at UC Berkeley can apply for this fund. Grateful to the Angels who made it possible. Happy Birthday my little Brother, I hope you always stay happy wherever you are! Love You #SushantDay (sic)."

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Mumbai apartment in June. His death is being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) are investigating into the drugs and financial angles, respectively, in the case.
