The Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards held in Mumbai on February 20 was a star-studded event celebrating excellence in cinema. Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara emerged as the shining stars of the evening, winning the titles of Best Actor and Best Actress, respectively, for their performances in the Atlee directorial 'Jawan.'
Sandeep Reddy Vanga was honored with the prestigious title of Best Director for his cinematic masterpiece, 'Animal,' featuring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role.
Bobby Deol's remarkable portrayal of the character Abrar in 'Animal' earned him the accolade for Best Actor in a Negative Role. His intense and compelling performance received appreciation from both audiences and critics.
Vicky Kaushal's stellar depiction of field marshal Sam Manekshaw in the Meghna Gulzar directorial, 'Sam Bahadur,' earned him the prestigious Best Actor (Critics) award.
The glitzy affair was attended by the who's who of Bollywood, with celebrities gracing the red carpet in their finest attire.
