Chehre Movie Poster: Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter and shared the new release date of film

Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi's Chehre has got a new release date. The film will release in theatres on April 30, 2021. Earlier, Chehre was slated to release in July 2020. However, the novel coronavirus pandemic had stalled the release.

Announcing the new release date of the film on Twitter, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, "T 3823 #Chehre se bada koi naqaab nahi hota!Uncover the real #Chehre, much-awaited mystery-thriller, in theatres on 30th April2021 (sic)." A new poster of the film has also been unveiled.

Emraan Hashmi also shared the film's release date with the same message on Twitter.

Chehre is a mystery-thriller starring Big B and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles. Amitabh Bachchan plays the role of a lawyer in the film. Chehre is directed by Rumi Jaffrey and also stars Rhea Chakraborty, Krystle D'Souza, Annuu Kapoor and Dhritiman Chatterjee, among others.

Apart from Chehre, Big B also has Jhund and Brahmastra slated for release. He is also shooting for MayDay along with Rakul Preet Singh and Ajay Devgn.

Coming to Emraan, the release date of his next film with John Abraham, Mumbai Saga, was also announced today. The film will hit the silver screens on March 19 this year.
