Cannes 2024: Injured Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Daughter Aaradhya Head to the French Riviera

Accompanied by her daughter Aaradhya, her regular travel companion, Aishwarya's injured hand drew significant attention. She was photographed wearing an arm sling on her right hand, and numerous photos and videos of her airport appearance have gone viral on social media. Dressed in a black outfit with a blue knee-length coat, Aishwarya looked elegant, while Aaradhya sported a blue hoodie with black pants.

In one video, Aaradhya is seen assisting her mother by carrying her handbag. Aishwarya waved to the media and posed for pictures before entering the airport. Although she did not comment on her injury, fans expressed their concern online. 

Aishwarya's Cannes journey started in 2002, making her red carpet debut in a Neeta Lulla saree and heavy gold jewelry for the premiere of her film Devdas, alongside Shah Rukh Khan and director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Since then, she has been a regular attendee at the festival, representing L'Oreal Paris as one of their brand ambassadors. This year, she will be joined by actors Aditi Rao Hydari, Shobita Dhulipala, Jacqueline Fernandes, and Kiara Advani.
