Bunty Aur Babli gets a sequel starring Gully Boy fame Siddhart Chaturvedi.

Yash Raj Films officially announced that there 2005 film Bunty Aur Babli gets a sequel starring Gully Boy actor who got nationwide acclaim for his role in 2019 hit Gully Boy as rapper MC Sher.

The female lead is to be Mumbai based newcomer Sharvari, who has been prepping for her film debut for a year will be playing Babli in the sequel. The movie will be directed by Varun Sharma, who had assisted in films like Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. 

Directed by Shaad Ali, Bunty Aur Babli was written and produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner Yash Raj Films. Also starring Amitabh Bachchan, it marked the first film of the father-son duo of Amitabh-Abhishek. The film is also known for the item number Kajra Re which famously shot featuring future husband and wife Abhishek-Aishwarya and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan.
