Thackeray Flops, Manikarnika Wilts Under Pressure, URI Rakes in numbers, Simmba in 6th week, Cheat India Gets Cheated by India.

In this weeks Bollywood Box Office update, We have


Thackeray flops with a total collection of 28 Crores. Even though the movie was applauded by the critics the Hindi version of the movie is not performing well across India other than Maharashtra. 

Half of its collection has come from its Marathi version as the movie has a local touch in this scenario.

With the lack of proper VFX, the movie's collection has seen a drop of 5% from Monday. It collected around 18 crores on Sunday and that is the maximum collection in a single day Manikarnika has seen.

With a mammoth budget of 125 crores, the movie has just collected a little over half of it, to a total of 68 crores. Let's hope the pace of the movie picks up, even though the future looks bleak.

Uri: The Surgical Strike:

With excellent word of mouth, the Vicky Kaushal Starrer is maintaining its bull run and may reach 200 crores. With a total collection of 170 crores in its 3rd-week box office run just in India.

Produced by Ronnie Screwvala, the movie has been made with a budget of just 45 crores the movie has grossed 245 crores worldwide. the movie is set to break many records for sure.

Rohit Shetty's movie Simmba is on fire. Ranveer Singh starrer movie has started its 6th week and has collected over 350 crores worldwide. 

This proves that the Rohith Shetty is the King of Movie Making with more than 7 hits in his kitty.

Why Cheat India:

This Emraan Hashmi starrer movie opened up with very good reviews but failed to engage the audience. The movie has collected 8.5 crores worldwide and has been removed from most of the theatres.

Maybe no one wants to see the evolved "Emraan Hashmi"
