'Blank' is the Movie or Expressions or Content ?

Trailer of Sunny Deol and debutant Karan Kapadia's Blank is out now! though the movie has an actual ticking bomb but still feels lagged.
Sunny Deol seems to be the only attraction and relief in the movie. Trailer premises 'Blank' to be Islamic Terrorism backdropped Action-Thriller, but the action sequences appear to be minuscule. The Quality of VFX is visible in the trailer itself, check this scene from the trailer.
The idea of the movie sounds interesting but how the thriller unfolds that will decide the fate of the movie. The trailer doesn't highlight the conflict of the Thriller element but if it is just about diffusing the Bomb then it will just be sloppy.
Moreover, we have watched so many terrorism-oriented movies so far, that have already established that Terrorism has already lost its actual purpose and it's mere just a Business now, it would be interesting to see what narrative does 'Blank' Sets.
