Anil Kapoor's Advice to Young Actors

In an interview with ETimes, Kapoor emphasized the importance of being sensible about charging fees.

When asked to provide a piece of advice for young actors, Anil Kapoor said, "I want to tell the actors and actresses to reduce their fees. If they’re sensible, they will reduce their fees." He elaborated on his point, explaining that to have a career spanning 30-40 years, one needs to be wise about their financial demands. "If you want a career spanning 30-40 years, then be sensible about charging your fees. Lambi race khelni hai toh samajhdaar bano. And if sometimes the producer is in dire condition, then let go off the fee."

Anil Kapoor also spoke about the diverse career paths his children have taken in the film industry.

Sonam Kapoor and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor have pursued acting, each choosing projects that align with their interests and aspirations.

Rhea Kapoor, on the other hand, has ventured behind the camera as a producer. Anil Kapoor expressed his pride in Rhea's achievements, particularly noting her success in producing women-centric films. He mentioned, "Crew produced by Rhea did very well. She made a film about three girls, and people were questioning her choice, but she has always produced women-centric films and proved people wrong. I am really proud of her."

Regarding Harsh Varrdhan, Kapoor acknowledged his son's independent choices in selecting films. "Harsh goes by his choices of films. Whatever films he has done are completely his choices. I am very proud that my kids are independent in their own way."
