Angrezi Medium is a followup to 2017 hit Hindi Medium. The film has a brilliant ensemble cast of Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepak Dobriyal, Radhika Madan, Ranvir Shorey, Pankaj Tripathi, Dimple Kapadia, Tillotama Shome and Kiku Sharda.
After makers uploading an emotional video with the voice-over of Irrfan khan, the trailer of much-awaited Angrezi Medium is out.
Veteran actor Irrfan Khan returns to Hindi films after a sabbatical. The film is a follow up to 2017 hit Hindi Medium.
Hindi Medium was about a Delhi family fighting a class battle to get their child into the best English medium school, this time it’s about a college student (Radhika Madan) who dreams of going to University in the UK, leaving her middle-class father (Irrfan Khan) to go to any lengths to pay the exorbitant fees or find a shortcut. Even if it means flying to the UK and trying to become a British citizen.
The trailer has some comedy and emotional scenes which showcases performances of some brilliant actors. The film has an amazing ensemble cast with Deepak Dobriyal and Tillotama Shome being re-cast from the previous installment. Other star casts are Kareena Kapoor who plays a British police officer in the film, Dimple Kapadia, Pankaj Tripathi, Kiku Sharda, Ranvir Shorey, and Radhika Madan.
The film is directed by Homi Adajania who directed films like Being Cyrus, Finding Fanny and Cocktail. The film is produced by Maddock Films who has given films like Bala, Hindi Medium and Stree.
