Akshay Kumar presents Bhumi Pednekar's horror-thriller Durgavati.

Akshay Kumar is without a doubt the busiest actor in the industry. In 2019 alone the actor starred in four films and is awaiting the release of his fifth film of the year - Good Newwz.

Apart from starring in big projects, Akshay is also busy presenting some of them. Recently, he took to Twitter to announce Bhumi Pednekar's next film. She will play the lead role in the scary-thriller named Durgavati. 

The film will be directed by Ashok. Sharing the news, Akshay wrote, "EXCITED to announce @bhumipednekar in & as #DURGAVATI. A scary-thriller, going on floor mid-January. Akshay and Bhumi earlier worked in Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. The film talked about the importance of sanitation in the country.
