Actress Amrita Rao is ringing in her 37th Birthday Today!

Amrita Rao has one of the cutest faces in the industry, giving off that ‘innocent’ vibe – which is why I think she’s fantastic in those types of roles.

Amrita appeared in several advertisements before making her acting debut with Ab Ke Baras in 2002. Though the film didn’t do much for her professionally, Amrita was able to make a place for herself in Bollywood. She then followed it up with a short but sincere performance in The Legend Of Bhagat Singh. Some of her noteworthy films are Masti, Main Hoon Naa, Welcome to Sajjanpur. Vivah and Jolly LLB.

However if there’s one role that she is most remember for, then it has to be Poonam from Vivah. The actress won the hearts of millions as the sweet and shy Poonam. Her portrayal of a typical Indian girl struck the right chord with the audience and every man dreamt of having a life partner like Poonam! Her chemistry with co-star Shahid Kapoor was also hugely appreciated by the audience.  

The actress is going to be seen in 2 upcoming films , which are "Sanju" and "The legend of Kunal".
