Get ready to meet this dream girl on August 25! Wondering what we are talking about? It's the first look of the much-anticipated film "Dream Girl 2."
The poster features Ayushmann Khurrana in dual roles, donning a lehenga in one look and a casual outfit in the other. Ayushmann reprises his role as Pooja in the sequel to the 2019 hit film.
Ayushmann Khurrana shared the exciting news with a caption that read, "Yeh toh sirf pehli jhalak hai. Objects in the mirror are more khoobsurat than they appear (This is just the first glimpse. Objects in the mirror are more beautiful than they appear)." He added the hashtags #DreamGirl2on25Aug, #25AugustHogaMast, and #OneMonthToGo to build anticipation for the film's release.
Ayushmann's wife and filmmaker-author, Tahira Kashyap, expressed her excitement in the comments section with fire and heart-eye emojis.
In the first installment of the film, Ayushmann Khurrana starred alongside Nushrratt Bharuccha, Annu Kapoor, Vijay Raaz, and Manjot Singh in pivotal roles. Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and produced by Ekta Kapoor, the film garnered much praise from the audience.
For the second installment, Ananya Panday replaces Nushrratt Bharuccha, and fans are eager to see how the story unfolds. The original "Dream Girl" showcased the hilarious tale of Karamveer Singh (Ayushmann), who works at a call center and speaks to people in the voice of a girl named Pooja. The situation leads to comedic chaos as everyone competes for Pooja's attention.
