The Hate U Give is an upcoming crime drama which is based on the book of the same name written by Angie Thomas. The movie is slated to release on 19th October 2018.
The trailer of The Hate U Give has literally got everyone guessing about the plot of the film. The movie trailer starts with an innocent and a carefree moment until one day an incident shakes up the protagonist's Starr Carter (Amanda Sterlberg)'s life.

1. A unique friendship: The friendship between Khalil and Starr is more than just a normal friendship, its a bond which will be really strong even during the toughest times of the life. We just feel awww! when we see this.
2. A typical black neighborhood: Mostly blacks in the United States are stereotyped for their tastes like Hip Hop, basketball and involving in activities like drug dealing. But this film has shown something more than just hip hop and basketball because blacks in the United States live just like us and their lifestyle is very simple.
3. A Typical School Life: School Life involves a lot of moments ranging from crushes to fun moments to many others which are combined in one is in the world of school which are just meant to be cherished and once gone it's gone you can't relive them again.
4. Weekend Parties: When its already weekend, then it is time to party and socialize with your buddies, Khalil and Starr bond together during these parties and the best part about them is that they are very memorable.
5. Tragedy Strikes: The carefree and joyful days of Starr are suddenly shattered when her childhood friend is suddenly killed because of racial discrimination and that's when the revolution for justice begins.
