Overlord Trailer Decode: World War II Zombie Apocalypse

Just by the titles and credits, we’d easily be deceived that this is another Cloververse(Cloverfield) movie. Just FYI, this movie has got its own space. Overlord shares rich visual and audio graphic with that of games like Call of Duty: WWII. Well don’t let this fool you, after playing Battlefield III this might feel historically accurate.

To translate ‘historically accurate’, the movie is more than just a fit for the war genre. Overlord is an upcoming horror war film. That's right, a war movie which has zombie’s in it while world war II takes over the world. 

Moreover, not to be racist, they had an Afro-American serve in the army. Historically, this was a tough task to see him live a little in real time during the world war. But nothing too alarming other than the first background score of Big Ben bells, the sound that symbolizes death. As their planes crash and 5 brave hearts somehow manages to survive their fall, they’re now on their own to figure their way out and come out on the bright side of France.

Dark pitted, now they’re in enemy lines trying to live as long as possible till reinforcements arrive, or some form of help to get ‘em out.

What they find in the meantime are victims of the Nazi initiated holocaust. Monsters created by the Nazi’s are now exposed. The rest what happens is history.
