Hotel Mumbai To Be Screened At The Toronto International Film Festival This Year

Hotel Mumbai is the upcoming film directed by Anthony Maras, the film stars Dev Patel, Jason Issacs, Anupam Kher and many others playing pivotal roles.
An international film based on the devasting 2008 Mumbai Attacks on two luxury hotels, a crowded railway station and a Jewish safehouse which had brought the entire nation to its knees as the bloodbath claimed 166 lives and 600 were injured. The incident received intensive coverage from the international media as there were many tourists of American, British and European descents injured and killed. Most of the media persons dubbed this incident as India's 9/11.
The shooting of the film began in 2016 where most of the cast had arrived in Agra for the shooting of the film. Jason Issacs had a fan following in India as he was famous for his role as Lucius Malfoy. Jason Issacs spent time in a cafe owned by women who were victims of acid attacks and they had a good time speaking with the actor.
The film also stars the Slumdog Millionaire, The Man Who Knew Infinity and Lion actor Dev Patel in this film, veteran Bollywood actor Anupam Kher who was last seen in The Silver Linings Playbook alongside Bradley Cooper will also be seen in the film.
There was another film in French titled Taj Mahal which revolved around a family from France who comes to Mumbai on a holiday and get themselves entangled in the attacks when their daughter is all alone in the hotel when the terrorist start their bloodbath in the hotel.
