Harvey Weinstein, the founder of Miramax Pictures was convicted of casting couch and sex-related crimes. That one accusation brought the moment of #MeToo in social media where girls could speak about their sexual harassment tales.
Harvey Weinstein surrenders to the New York Police Department and is ready to face charges for rape, sexual harassment and casting couch which was filed by actresses for decades.
Rose McGowan, who was one of Weinstein's victims has released a statement on Instagram about this.
Looks like the efforts put by the actresses to get rid of a monster has finally come into light and we might see that justice has actually prevailed.
