Courteney Cox chooses Friends co-star Jennifer Aniston as her maid of honour!

Jennifer Aniston is to be, her friend and actress Courteney Cox’s maid of honour. Aniston is helping her Friends co-star organise her nuptials to Snow Patrol singer Johnny McDaid. Cox will get married to McDaid in Derry (Northern Ireland) this year.
As a source revealed to a UK based tabloid,

“Courteney and Jennifer are thick as thieves and they have got even closer in recent months. Courteney wouldn’t want to walk down the aisle without Jennifer by her side. They have a very strong friendship.”

For those of you who don’t know, Aniston and Cox have been friends for more than two decades after they both starred in the worldwide hit comedy Friends. In fact, Cox was also chosen to be maid of honour when Aniston exchanged vows with actor Justin Theroux in 2015. The duo keep meeting from time to time and a day ago, they had a glamorous reunion when they attended the Channel Dinner celebrating Our Majestic Oceans benefit for NRDC Malibu.

Cox and McDaid have been dating since a while now. They even got engaged in 2014, only to break up in 2015.
Sources had told HollywoodLife.com that the couple were going to counseling because they were having issues and fighting a lot, about everything. However, he (McDaid) just decided he wanted to separate. He hasn’t really given a reason, but mainly said he wants to focus on his music and can’t take the fighting.” The two went through a lot of ups and downs during this period, but came back together, even stronger and are now finally getting married this year.
