Where is the Venkatalakshmi is an aimless exercise in the name of a horror-comedy. Women are objectified, bullied, stalked, harassed, looked down upon and even blackmailed in the name of fun or drama by this film’s lead characters, the aimless duo Chantigadu and Pandugadu. Pandugadu and Chantigadu (played by Praveen and Madhunandhan) notorious in the village for playing pranks, teasing girls, cheating folks in the game of cards, etc. Venkatalakshmi (Raai Laxmi), a sensuous school teacher, lands in the village.
