Thanthonnithuruthu is a place where people inhabited lack basic facilities like electricity and water. It is a poor island which has only one voter named 'Gopi'. Salim Kumar plays the character of 'Gopi'. Every year politicians from both the parties promise the voters to improve the island but never return after the election. This time, Gopi takes a decision to show the power of a single voter to all the politicians.
