Story:

Sarvam Thaala Mayam is a Tamil Drama movie directed by Rajiv Menon. The movie stars G. V. Prakash Kumar, Aparna Balamurali in the lead roles and Nedumudi Venu, Vineeth in Supporting roles.The movie is produced under the banner Mindscreen Film Institute. Music is composed by A.R. In an early scene in Sarvam Thaala Mayam, Johnson (Kumaravel), a mridangam maker, tells his son Peter (GV Prakash Kumar), who has started to entertain notions of becoming a player by learning under the maestro Vembu Iyer (Nedumudi Venu), that doors will shut on his face if he ever tries to pursue his daydream further. “I will break open the doors if I have to,” Peter retorts. One of the few things that deserve to be appreciated in Rajiv Menon’s Sarvam Thaala Mayam, in which a Dalit boy dreams of playing in Chennai’s Carnatic music festival, is the fact the film has been made by an upper-class filmmaker. His last film Kandukondein Kandukondein still enjoys cult status and is regarded as one of Ajith's best performances.
