Saamy 2 is a Tamil action cop movie written and directed by Hari. Iru Mugan fame Shibu Thameem is the Producer of this movie. The movie has Chiyaan Vikram in the lead role. The movie features Keerthi Suresh and Trisha in the female lead roles while Soori, Milan, Prabhu, Kanal Kannan in Supporting roles. Devi Sri Prasad is composing music for this movie, while Priyan is handling the cinematography. The film continues its plot after 15 years where Aarusaamy (Vikram) is now happily married to Bhuvana (Aishwarya Rajesh replacing Trisha) and are blessed with a son Ramasaamy (Vikram again). Ravan Pichai (Bobby Simha), Pichai Perumal's son decides to take revenge against Aarusaamy for killing his father. This time Aarusaamy decides to take his father's legacy and decide to fight him and the cat and mouse game begins between tough and the powerful where anyone can be defeated.
