Praana, a multilingual film [ Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada] is directed by K Prakash. It is touted to be a thriller set in the backdrop of a hill station located in the southern parts of India.Nithya Menen will be playing the main lead in Praana. The movie is a female oriented subject and tackles a socially relevant subject. Nithya Menen plays the role of a writer. Oscar-winning sound editor Resul Pookutty does the sound editing and according to reports the film will be using a new technology known as Synch Sound Surround Format.
