Periyandavar is a Tamil fantasy,period drama movie written and directed by R Kannan starring Yogi Babu in the lead role. The movie is said to revolve around a series of events that take place, when Lord Shiva comes down to the Earth and meets a woman and look into several conversations between them, and how he answers her questions from a the perspective of a god. The film also carries a social message.
