Abin, a young man defeated by his circumstances, decides to end his life. Abin and Vinay, unbeknownst to either of them have their destinies entwined with one another. One man's loss is another man's gain in this rat race. Like any good race, Ottam actually thickens only in the second half. In the first half it takes its own sweet time establishing the theme and premise. It doesn't grow and settle into the story till after the interval. Read full review
